Check these steps if you need help completing an assessment or reopening your results.
Where are my results?
Complete the assessment, register and confirm your email. Return to the same browser where you took the test, then save the assessment in your account. Each saved attempt appears as a dated card in your dashboard.
Guest answers remain in the browser for up to seven days. Clearing browser storage or switching devices before saving can make that draft unavailable.
The confirmation link did not finish sign-in
If your email is already confirmed, sign in and reopen your dashboard. If the link expired, use the resend confirmation option on the sign-in page. Keep the original assessment browser open until your answers are saved.
Can I buy feedback or a plan?
Paid purchases are currently unavailable while live payment setup is completed. You can still take the free assessment and save basic results. Disabled purchase buttons do not charge you.
Reporting a problem
Record the page address, what you expected and the message you saw. Do not include your password, payment details or a private essay in a public post. A verified support contact will be added before paid sales open.
